USING GUIDED MEDITATIONS AS ENERGETIC ACCELERATION
PIGGY-BACKING ON ENERGY, ACCELERATING & DEEPENING YOUR MEDITATION PRACTICE PROFOUNDLY
Guided meditations are so much more useful than I ever realized for meditation. If a single massive accelerating take-away happens for your meditation practice, it’s to piggy-back on the transmission energies from guided meditations of highly established/embodied beings.
I even sometimes ignore guided meditations in the background, and do a different practice… Usually I will choose one whose guidance I want to embody, but even having a powerful one in the background becomes a useful energetic backdrop to piggyback on and ACCELERATE deep meditation tremendously.
Attribute-less Self talk - Bentinho Massaro https://youtu.be/9fpP8yiZjCQ
The above meditation. Its frequency is deep and although it’s a dialogue in an informal context of Bentinho with his friends, it carries a profound energetic guidance. Bentinho is a bit of a creep on a personality-level FYI (and I don’t really recommend learning much from him). It’s helpful to recognize that as Shinzen Young and others point out, realizing the emptiness of phenomena doesn’t correlate directly with moral development, so you can’t assume high levels of realization confer ethical or even intellectual development, as observed clearly in Osho, Amrit Desai (of Kripalu), Yogi Bhajan of Kundalini Yoga, and so many more.
A few other guided meditation resources:

Michael Taft is an amazing geeky warm-souled teacher whose guided meditations are rooted in a solid powerful transmission. He has many varieties of guided meditations on his Youtube: metta loving-kindness meditations, mindfulness of different kinds, and non-dual paintings to name a few.

Most any Michael Taft meditation online will do - these are not particularly chosen - but they are all very potent and helpful.
Any other guided meditations you resonate with. Mooji has some great ones. Here is his Guided Meditation playlist.
But any/all resources on this front are very very very supportive to deepening practice. You get the sense of it.
