THE THREE SPEED TRANSMISSION

A PRAGMATIC, VERY SIMPLE, & POWERFUL FORMULATION

“The Three-Speed Transmission” unites three very profound types of WAKE UP practices: MINDFULNESS NOTING such as VIPASSANA & other similar practices, SELF-INQUIRY & INVESTIGATING THE ‘I’ SENSE, and ABIDING as the SELF (ala Mahamudra and Advaita, etc.)

This uniting concept of several traditions of practice was formulated by Kenneth Folk. He also developed an idea of contemplative fitness, which is shared in the final link.
